Olly Alexander, Kentucker Audley, Joslyn Jensen and Josephine Decker star in the new dark comedy from writer/director Alison Bagnall (The Dish and the Spoon, Buffalo 66). Gene spends his days tactlessly railing strangers about childhood obesity and the billions of dollars wasted each year on junk food subsidies. After being kicked out of his ex-wife’s house, he meets a peculiar young man named Titty, an emotionally arrested 19-year-old who has sued his own father to win back his inheritance. Gene soon discovers that Titty has an ongoing online relationship with the intriguing and beautiful, Ginger, a reclusive factory farm activist. Together they make a pilgrimage to meet her, and wind up forming a close bond as they vie for Ginger’s heart.
